Q. Funkey’s will not install when I insert the disk and follow the install instructions.

A: Check to make sure that your system has the recommended hardware properties as indicated in page 1 of the instruction manual. You can find the system properties of your computer by clicking on “My Computer” and then clicking “View System Information” under “System Tasks”. Consult your computer user’s manual if you cannot access the properties in this manner.
