 Welcome to Funkiki Island! We haven't had visitors since the great disaster; an event so gnarly I couldn't get back home. So when life gives your lemons, make lemonade - I became the numero uno beach bum, tourguide, and local legend...the name's Jerry!
Originally this isle was designed to be the coolest funkeys vacation spot ever. the gear store, chum divers, is run by the nibble who offer snorkeling, guided fishing tours, and swweeeeet pearl diving excursions. Find a couple of those beauties and your worries are nada. The Sol worship the sun, so natch they built a luxurious beach resort where funkeys could just kick it and soak up some rays. The Webley explorers forged the first primitive outpost deep in the jungles of Funkiki Island, offering tours to only the most courageous funkey travelers. Believing Funkiki Island was just shy of paradise, the Flurry created "Mt. Carousel" to be Terrapinia's premier ski resort. They spent a lot of bank importing primo snow, and even handpicked each snowflake from the tallest peaks around Terrapinia...they make a mighty tasty snow cone too!
Lately though some funny looking natives have appeared and started stealing Funkeys' coins! and before you know it they disappear back into the jungle toward that ginormo volcano. Luckily for me, I've got nothing but coconuts, which means I've got no worries...for now. I hope you come visit us on Funkiki Island. Come for the games, stay for the adventure!
