This is probably common sense, however, uninstall Funkeys, reinstall Funkeys, remember that Funkeys is unique hardware and must be installed a certain and only one way that is contradictory to most Windows USB products.

Hope This Helps !

My best guess if that you need to update your Flash player - but i don't really have enough information

What version of Funkeys are you running?

Go to C:\Program Files\U.B. Funkeys\RadicaGame and double click on the Store XML document. It should open in your browser. Look at the top line, it shoud be something like this:

<files date="2009_07_16" version="544" extversion="5.0" extname="Series 5 Paradox Green">

Whatever it says, either copy and post that first line, or tell us what the extversion= number and extname= name are.

2nd, what version of Flash player are you running? The most recent version of Funkeys requires Flash10, downloaded using IE (Intenet Explorer,) not Firefox or anything else. i'm on XP pro, i did a search of my C: drive for a file or folder named flash and found FlashUtil10c in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash. This corresponds with my knowledge that i downloaded Flash10 earlier this year.

Also, are your firewall(s) set to allow U.B. Funkeys unrestricted access to the internet AND to your hard drive? It seems odd that it worked fine only until your internet was turned back on.

Finally, what OS do you have? XP, Vista 32-bit or 64-bit?

If you still have a problem, i need you to answer all 4 of my questions:
