U.B not working/funkeys

I have tried all my funkeys and none of them work so I'm not sure if its the funkeys or the U.B. It keeps saying that the funkeys aren't in properly for every funkey. I have 14 funkeys so I'm guessing its the U.B that has something wrong with it? Do I need to buy a new one? Help!
